Plans and programs we currently accept.
The following insurance plans and funding programs are currently accepted at Mindframe Psychology Centre. Coverage amounts, session limits, and eligibility vary by plan. We recommend confirming your specific coverage with your insurer before your first session.
WSIB
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board claims for psychological services related to workplace injuries.
Blue Cross (VAC only)
Direct coverage for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) clients through Medavie Blue Cross.
NIHB
Non-insured Health Benefits for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients.
SunLife
Group and individual benefits. We provide an official invoice for you to submit for reimbursement.
Private Pay
We accept private payment via e-transfer or credit card. Official receipts are provided for every session.
Transparent fees. No surprises.
Fees for psychological services vary by service type, session length, and clinician. Our fees are set in line with current professional guidelines and reflect the advanced training, registration, and expertise of our clinicians.
We are committed to discussing fees openly. Before your first appointment, we encourage you to ask about session fees, assessment costs, and your insurance coverage so that you can make an informed decision.

WSIB-funded psychological services are provided by our registered psychologists for eligible claims. You will need an active WSIB claim number. Contact us to discuss your claim before booking.
We do not currently bill to other insurance companies. You will receive an official invoice at the end of every session to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Official receipts are provided for all sessions. Psychological services may qualify as eligible medical expenses for your tax return. Consult your tax advisor for details.
